The pendant is hand pierced from solid steel sheets, hallmarked, finished, polished and then rhodium plated. The removable pendant comes on black rhodium plated with a 31inch chain and includes black velvet pouch for travel.
Black Rhodium is from the Platinum family of precious metals. It gives a black veil to the silver resulting in a cool, gun-metal grey colour. As with all plating it will gradually fade with wear.
